Letting introduction and full management services

We offer a comprehensive full management service giving you peace of mind knowing everything is covered and that you’ll receive your rent each month. Your property will be looked after by our dedicated management team as if it were one of their own.

We will be the acting agents, organising and arranging any work related to the property, which may be agreed when necessary. We not only have a fully vetted, professional maintenance team for all the little issues, but we also work with external contractors for anything that might need a more extensive approach.

Prior to the commencement date of the tenancy we collect a deposit, which is held as security cover for repair or cleaning if required which guarantees an impeccable condition once the property is returned to you. Once a deposit is received, we will be responsible for registering it with the tenancy deposit scheme. We will prepare the inventory/schedule of condition, arrange the move in, carry out regular inspections, deal with any issues related to the property on your behalf.

We maintain an excellent standard to ensure our landlords have both control and security of their assets and knowledge that we are with you every step of the way.

Lettings introduction and full management services

The lettings introduction service is an ideal solution for those experienced landlords who prefer to be in direct contact with their tenants and manage all aspects of the tenancy themselves, including maintenance works and all direct interaction with their tenants.

With this service you will still take advantage of our powerful marketing tools to ensure you fill your properties regularly with quality tenants. We will:

  • Arrange viewings for prospective tenants
  • Negotiate with suitable tenants
  • Reference the tenants
  • Prepare the tenancy agreement and all legal notices
  • Organise move ins

Once the tenant has been approved and passed all referencing, we will collect the first month’s rent and deposit and inform utility suppliers at the beginning of the tenancy.

Due to the nature of this solution, we will advice only those who have direct experience of managing a property to consider this option.

Holiday Rental
